I'm not the best at the computer either but if you click the "Back to P31 Spring Clean Challeng 2009 Disussions" then browse through the discussions you will find the postings by Mellissa as Day 1, Day 2, on through Day 10. Click on these and you should get the options to download the pages. You might also be able to get it by starting at the Spring Clean home page and look at what you can click on under Mellissa's name. It's a great study, you'll enjoy it as will your husband, kids and house. Best wishes,
