- Tell us a little about yourself.
- I am 22 years old. I am married to a wonderful man named Chris. We have a 2 year old girl and a son that was born on July 14, 2009. I recently got back into going to church and badly want a deep relationship with Jesus Christ.
- What is your favorite Bible Verse?
- Psalm 118:24. I'm sure I'll have more favorites as I read more and more in the bible.
- What is your favorite book?
- Right now I'm reading "A woman after God's own heart" it's really good so far.
- What is your favorite homemaking task? Why?
- I like to fold laundry. I really don't know why it's my favorite, I guess because I get to put away all my daughter's cute little clothes and it makes me happy.
- Share your testimony with us.
- I grew up in church but never really paid much attention. I stopped attending when I was around 14. I met my husband when I was 18. We both weren't after God's heart and did alot of foolish things. I ended up pregnant at 19(unmarried) I didn't think I really needed God until the end of last year. I thought I had all the time in the world to do what I wanted and then when I was ready and had got my fill of the World that then I would find Jesus. Last October when I got pregnant with my son I started having severe anxiety/depression. I began praying to God, I was so scared, I thought I was dying and wanted to make everything right. I finally realize that I need Jesus in my life, i WANT him in my life. I pray daily, read my bible daily and try my best to do what I think would please the Lord.
- Do you have any prayer requests?
- I would love it if everyone would pray for continual progress in overcoming my anxiety/depression and for a healthy pregnancy and delivery of my baby boy.
