Tell us a little about yourself.: 20 yrs. old. Married to my high school sweetheart. No kids.... yet. Youth chior director at my church. I love to read, sing, and....read and sing some more!!!!

What is your favorite book?: Saturday Morning by Lauraine Snelling

What is your favorite homemaking task? Why?: Vacuuming the floor. I do that last so when I'm done with that I know I can relax a little bit !!! Yey!!!

Share your testimony with us.: I was born a rape baby in 1988. My mother married the man I had come to accept as my father when I was 3 . My baby sister was born a few months later in March. 2 months and 6 days after my 4th birthday, our apartment caught on fire. My sister, stepdad, and I managed to get out, in no small part because of my mother. She died saving my life. The years went by and when I was 10 my best friend took me to church with her and I started going regularly, though I didn't really understand it. I met my DH there and we started dating on and off shortly thereafter. At the age of13 I decided that I was going to live with my grandparents and Josh and I stopped going to church. Shortly after that, Josh and I got serious and started " going steady". We practically lived together and then we actually did live together on our own during my junior and part of my senior year. After I graduated, Josh's mom asked us to attend this little church that she had been going to for the last couple of weeks and we grudgingly obliged. That night, we both came to accept Jesus as our personal Lord and Savior. We lived in sin for a few more months, until I turned 18 and 6 days later we got married and repented again and truely became believers. We are still at that church only it isn't so little as it used to be, praise the Lord!!!

Do you have any prayer requests?: For my and my husbands jobs and financial situation. My dad and my sisters and my brothers salvation. The president and troops . My Cousins. My Aunts and Uncles. My Church Family. My Pastor and His family. My Church's Financial problems, My BFF Amber and her health.

Wow! God is great!!! I have been reading and studying about the end times and I am filled with such joy that words cannot express!!!! It is amazing just how many of the prophecies have the potential of fulfillment right now. All that is stopping the tribulation from happening is the church. I feel like the Rapture could happen at any moment and it is an amazing feeling of relief that fills me when I think about that blessed hope that our Lord has offered us. Leaping

I took the leap the other day and asked God to forgive me for straying and also for not coming back as soon as I should have. I know that He has forgiven me. It feels good. Knowing that I have the assurance of His love even if I do stray and don't come back right away. I'm looking forward to tomorrow morning's service. At 8:08pm on April 11, 2009, Amber said…: PRAISE REPORT The church got inspected a month or so ago and it was determined that our boiler system was not up to code. We had to shut of the heat and cut some services so that we could keep within guidelines. Fixing a boiler system can get expensive and we were short on money. This past week, a friend who pastors a church in Indiana sent our pastor a check for a "substantial " donation. It is enough to get the boilers fixed. Also, we might be starting the youth center back up! Praise the Lord

He was driving semi for the churchs trucking company because there were repairs that needed to be payed off before they could think of signing on another driver. Well once the repairs were finished there wasn't any drivers that worked out with what was needed so he keep on. Now there is a good driver on each truck and Wendell is home full time !!!! AMEN
