Tell us a little about yourself.

I try to lead a simple life that would glorify my Lord and Savior, my husband praise me, and my children to arise and call me blessed.
I have fibromyalgia and problems dealing with stress. (it brings it on bad and I have anxiety attacks when my stress level gets high)

What is your favorite Bible Verse?

Wow, that one would be HUGE.

What is your favorite book?

Outside of the Bible, its anything written by Stormie Omartin, Beth Moore, Elizabeth George, and Emilie Barnes

What is your favorite homemaking task? Why?

laundry and putting clean sheets on the bed!! I think it has something to do with comfort. I associate smells with comfort, so whenI do laundry and it has that fresh smell, I feel like I have comleted a job thoroughly! I know, sounds corny dont it!!

Share your testimony with us.

My life has been filled with ups and downs. Anything horrible you can think of, I have pretty much been subjected to it. But, I am thankful now. I know I have a Savior who loves me no matter what. So I strive daily to try to please him. I know I fall short, but I am so THANKFUL to have a new day each time I awake, and I am graced with another day to try again. I was saved when I was 12.

Do you have any prayer requests?

My dad came off life support yesterday! I have truly seent he hand of God work this week. I was already making funeral arangements!!!!!!!!!!!!

We got to see dad

We just got back form seeing dad. He was sitting up in a chair. He looked so good. We got to stay in there for an almost hour visit too! You know how ICU places are-only a few minutes and only a couple of people at a time. But hubby, and my two boys along with me, were all able to go in. The only thing different is he is coughing up blood. I am not going to let it scare me. But he is so tired. They are going in with a scope in the morning to see if they can find the problem. My dad

We are headed back over to the hospital to see my dad. He is in the ICU at a hospital that is an hour away. He has severe lung problems. He flat lined earlier this week and was placed on life support. The hardest question I have ever had to ask was asking him if he wanted to be revived if he flat lined again, and with a nod of his head, he said no. He is a Christian, and I know he loves God.
