For the longest time I had been a believer of God but not Jesus. But about 7 years ago I was in a bad car accident that placed me on the path I am on now. I had to have surgery on my ankle because of the accident, and the night before my surgery I prayed the salvation prayer.

Do you have any prayer requests?

Just to be motivated and better able to manage life!

New Found Respect for God

Recently my husband had found out the Fire Department he is working for is currently going through a major budget crisis. The bad news is there could be all the way from lay offs to major budget cuts, including the loss of a lot of the benefits he has including health insurance.

We have been through a lay off before. We have been through many difficult situations before. But for some reason this time it's a bit harder to swallow. Simply because this does NOT fit into MY plans for the New Year.… Continue
