Profile Information

Tell us a little about yourself.: I am still in graduate school, and my husband is in politics. I raise some chickens and take great pride in providing the food our family eats from our garden. God is a part of everything we do in life. We live on an island, and enjoy boating during the summer and snowmobiling in the winter. I also have a horse.

What is your favorite homemaking task? Why?: Vacuuming! With 4 cats, a horse, and chickens, it gets pretty dirty around here pretty fast. I vacuum every afternoon, and the house is always so much cleaner after that. Knowing that the floors are clean makes it much more relaxing to cook dinner and enjoy it without having little tumbleweeds of cat hair blowing across the floor.

Do you have any prayer requests?: I care for my parents, so their health is always in my prayers. They spent so much of their life caring and raising me, and now it is my turn to repay them. I enjoy my responsibility, and know that God will provide for all of us.
