Tell us a little about yourself.

I am a Mummy with 6 children between 7 months and 9 years. I currently have 2 at home and 4 at the local Catholic School. My husband is a Pastor and we have moved to a small country town in outback Queensland for his first pastoring position.

What is your favorite Bible Verse?

Proverbs 24:3,4
Through wisdom a house is built,
And by understanding it is established;
By knowledge the rooms are filled
With all precious and pleasant riches.

What is your favorite book?

The Bible of course. Otherwise, it generally depends on what I'm reading at the time. The Way Home by Mary Pride was very lifechanging.

What is your favorite homemaking task? Why?

Organising is much more favoured than cleaning. But I do love the tasks that don't need a lot of concentration, like hanging the washing or washing the dishes as I find the Lord has the chance to speak to me during those times and it is also a good time to pray.

Share your testimony with us.

I grew up in a single parent home with an alcoholic mother. Endured much neglect and abuse, left home at 14yo and at the age of 19 found my Lord and Heavenly Father and started a relationship with Him, which has turned my life around and upside down. I have been pursuing a closer relationship with Him for nearly 15 years now.

Do you have any prayer requests?

Yes, that I won't hold my husband back from his calling although I struggle with being a Pastor's Wife.
