BTW, I told the children about what I am looking into and they were excited! Now I am waiting to hear back from my DH, his ship is out right now for a few more days. I told him that I want to , rather, I feel led to learn more and make this a part of my life and that I wanted his blessing.

I have been feeling drawn towards the Messianic life since reading what you and other Messianics and Jews have written yesterday. Matter of fact I ended up looking up more info online and found a congregation near my home, about 10 mins away. Never even knew it was there lol. This is something I have not been able to get off of my mind. I can see my family living that life. Could you point me to some resources that would be helpful?

What is your favorite Bible Verse?: Oh, please, I have so many!!

What is your favorite book?: Torah

What is your favorite homemaking task? Why?: Working with fibers. Spinning, knitting, weaving. I enjoy taking something from it's raw form, and creating soft, beautiful, warm things to wear with it.

Share your testimony with us.: I was raised in a secular family, had a Christian baby sitter that had a strong influence upon me. I've been through a lot spiritually in my life, and have finally found my way to the Messianic walk I am on now. I feel like a lost pricess who has finally come HOME to a palace with a million rooms to explore!

Do you have any prayer requests?: My husband's confused, and resistant to religion, though he believes in G-D. Pray that I become the woman he needs to be able to SEE G-D, and Yeshua, in me, and help him believe!

Harvest time!

I know some of you have been wondering where I have been. Well, it's harveest time in my area, and I've been super busy with trying to put up as much food as we can for winter. I've got apples and zukes coming out of my ears, and soon, beans, and many other yummies, that will have to be put up. I miss you all, but really can't take as much time as I'd like right now to visit with you all. I'll be done in a few weeks (at most, I hope!!), then I can get back into the usual routine, and have a wee bit more time to fellowship.
