Although I am on the west coast in California, having someone to workout with (even virtually) would be a real blessing. I will let you pick the workout, since your in Japan, and I get Netflix, I can get just about any workout DVD available.

I need to lose more than 125 lbs, and be accountable on my diet. I start the day with cereal, have green tea mid morning, eat a "Michaelina's" frozen meal (300 cals or less), popcorn for a snack, then whatever the family eats for dinner (I have to work on portion control). My major problem isn't so much the food (other than dinner), it's the NOT exercising. Let me know.
